We want you to be happy with FullPageSnap Pro. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund.

14-day money-back guarantee

If FullPageSnap Pro is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked. We would appreciate a short note about what did not work for you so we can improve, but it is not required.

How to request a refund

Email support@agatisgroup.com from the address you used at checkout, or reply to your Lemon Squeezy purchase receipt, and include your order number or license key. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

How refunds are processed

Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few business days for the refund to appear. When a license is refunded, the associated license key is deactivated and Pro features are turned off.

Chargebacks

Lemon Squeezy may, at its own discretion, issue a refund within 60 days of a purchase to prevent a chargeback, even outside the 14-day window above. If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first at support@agatisgroup.com so we can help quickly.
