These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FullPageSnap browser extension and the optional FullPageSnap Pro upgrade ("the Software"), provided by Agatis Group ("we", "us", "our"). By installing the extension or purchasing Pro, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Software

FullPageSnap is a Chrome extension that captures, annotates, blurs, and saves screenshots. The free version is available to everyone. FullPageSnap Pro is an optional, one-time paid upgrade that unlocks additional features (such as scrollable-element capture, capture delay, and PDF export). All capture and editing happens locally in your browser; we do not operate servers that receive your screenshots or page content.

2. License grant

When you purchase FullPageSnap Pro, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Pro features for as long as the version you purchased remains compatible with your browser ("lifetime", meaning no recurring fee). The number of devices on which a single license may be active is shown at checkout and may be enforced through your license key.

3. Payments and Merchant of Record

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record (the authorized reseller) for FullPageSnap Pro. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, billing, and applicable sales tax or VAT. Your payment information is handled by Lemon Squeezy and is never received or stored by us. By purchasing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms and privacy policy.

4. License keys

After purchase you receive a license key by email. You activate Pro by entering this key in the extension. Keep your key private. Sharing, publishing, or reselling your license key is not permitted and may result in the key being deactivated.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the Software or your license key; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass the license check except as permitted by applicable law; (c) use the Software to infringe anyone's rights or to break the law. You are responsible for how you use the screenshots you capture, including respecting the privacy and copyright of the content you capture.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimer of warranty

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or work with every website or browser version.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agatis Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Software. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Software will not exceed the amount you paid for FullPageSnap Pro.

9. Changes to the Software and these Terms

We may update the Software and these Terms from time to time. Material changes to these Terms will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
